Somehow I have come up with 4 dozen eggs. What is your favorite recipe using eggs, that you are willing to share to dwindle our stockpile?Recipes????
I would love to have 4 dozen eggs! They have gotten so expensive %26amp; we just love them!
Deviled eggs will use up a quick dozen. These is always a big omelet for supper that will use up 6 or more or a whole dozen, add onions ham, peppers, bacon, cheese, just whatever you have on hand..Lets see egg salad not my favorite but OK occasionally.
we sometimes have eggs for supper, or just fried egg sandwiches. Eggs are wonderful!!!
Deviled eggs, boil a dozen eggs for about 10 minutes on med. Cool, peel, slice long ways, pop out the yolks in a round bottom bowl, add a spoon of mayo or miracle whip, little mustard, salt/pepper, squirt of Worcestershire sauce. Mix all that with a fork till smooth. Spoon back into the empty egg halves, sprinkle with paprika. The thing about deviled eggs is once you start eating them you just can't stop till they are gone!!!

An omelet is simple, just crack 6 to a dozen eggs in a bowl, use a fork to break and beat them, you don't want to over beat them they will be to soft so stop when they are just mixed. Pour these mixed eggs in a non stick pan with a little margarine or Pam spray cook on med low you can pull the edges back till you get them all done. Soft firm not hard firm. now add some ham, sausage, bacon, saut茅ed onion, bell peppers, mushroom, green onion, chopped tomatoes and cheddar or your favorite cheese. Gently fold over or just mix em all up for egg scramble. top with salsa. Very good supper or breakfast...
