I want to lose some weight because I have high blood pressure but I do not want to cook recipes for 4 to 8 servings. I hate freezing food and them reheating it. I really enjoy simple recipes (ingredients you will find in your pantry not at a gourmet store) and serves only one person. I do not like leftovers and I hate throwing out good food three times a day. Is there such a book that exists that have recipes that are low in fat and sodium that serve one person? I have searched everywhere. Is there a book of low fat/sodium recipes out there that serves one?
There is an excellent book called ';Healthy Cooking for One'; which is EXACTLY what you need. It is filled with recipes and ideas for what to do when you want to cook for yourself, and have it be healthy. You can get it here. http://www.amazon.com/Healthy-Cooking-On鈥?/a>Is there a book of low fat/sodium recipes out there that serves one?
