What are recipes that make an explosion?

My friend and I are doing a chemistry project about chemistry in cooking. Do you know of anything that when I change one ingredient, the whole outcome changes? Like it explodes or it cooks differently?What are recipes that make an explosion?

if you want to chip a tooth freeze bread and then put it in the microwave and then try to chew it. a kid at my school did it
Cut a grape in half, not all the way through, leave it slightly connected on teh bottom and microwave, it will spark and catch fire.
Change the amount of baking powder in brownies to baking soda. It will bubble when cooking and taste soapy.
put an egg and a marshmellow in the microwave for 1-2mins
